Yes, blogger has been VERY problematic recently.
Right now I’m re-writing the blogger support for the new Blogger api (currently in beta) which I hope will eliminate alot of the issues.

WordPress is awesome, and pff’s support for wordpress is also great. The next version of pff will have Image and file Uploading via the API wordpress and MT use, so should be even better. That’s one thing I don’t like about blogger, is their atom api doesn’t allow image uploading, nor does the new beta one.
